Nigeria confers Bill Gates highest national honour

President Goodluck Jonathan has conferred the Commander of the Federal Republic (CFR), the highest Nigerian honours on Mr. Bill Gates for his developmental efforts in the country.
Jonathan announced the conferment at a meeting of the Presidential Task Force on Polio and Recognition Award on Monday at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
